What each programme (actually covers)

Each service listed here addresses a specific gap in how people maintain consistent effort over time. Rather than offering broad inspiration, these programmes work through concrete techniques - habit stacking, implementation intentions, and structured reflection cycles. You can read a download guide or download manual for any programme through its detail page, giving you a clear picture of the content before committing.

Programmes vary in duration and depth. Some run for four weeks with daily micro-tasks; others extend across three months with weekly live sessions. Choosing the right one depends on how much structure you currently have, not on which sounds most appealing.

Read the programme outline

Each detail page includes a full breakdown of weekly topics, expected time commitment, and the methods used - no ambiguity about what you are signing up for.

Check the duration against your schedule

Duration shown on each card reflects active learning time, not calendar weeks. A 6-week programme typically requires 3–4 hours per week of focused engagement.

Enrol and begin at your own pace

Access opens immediately after enrolment. There are no cohort start dates - you progress through the material when your schedule allows, within the programme window.

How to pick a programme (that fits)

Most people spend more time deciding which programme sounds interesting than checking whether it fits their actual situation. The detail page for each service includes a download guide covering prerequisites, a typical weekly schedule, and honest notes on who tends to complete it successfully. Reviewing the download manual before enrolling takes about ten minutes and prevents a significant amount of wasted effort.

The programmes here were developed from 2023 onwards and have been refined based on completion data and participant feedback. Specific changes - such as splitting longer modules into shorter segments - came directly from observing where people lost momentum.

  • Compare duration against your available weekly hours before enrolling
  • Check whether the programme uses self-paced or scheduled sessions
